General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between kn55 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who registers an account or accesses the kn55 platform ("User", "Player", "you", "your"). The Agreement governs access to and use of all products, services, and content available through kn55, including but not limited to the online sportsbook, live casino, slot games, virtual sports, and any promotional or bonus programmes.

kn55 operates under an international gaming licence. All gaming activities conducted through the platform are subject to the conditions of that licence, and users are required to comply with the applicable laws of their jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of each user to verify that online betting is lawful in their place of residence before registering an account or placing any wager.

These terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English text, the English version shall prevail.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on kn55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kn55 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds held pending verification.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to you in your country or jurisdiction of residence.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not already hold an existing active or suspended kn55 account. Only one account per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of kn55 or any of its affiliated companies.

kn55 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Accounts may be restricted pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in permanent account closure.

Account Responsibilities

Upon successful registration, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your kn55 account. This responsibility includes the following obligations:

• You must keep your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details, strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify kn55 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• You are responsible for all bets placed and transactions made from your account, regardless of whether those actions were authorised by you, unless you have reported a security breach to kn55 in a timely manner.
• You must ensure that your registered contact details, including your email address and phone number, remain accurate and up to date at all times. kn55 is not responsible for failed communications resulting from outdated contact information.
• You must not allow any other person to access your account or use it on your behalf. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

kn55 may, at its absolute discretion, suspend or close any account where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these account responsibilities, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder.

Deposits & Withdrawals

kn55 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the kn55 platform:

• All funds deposited into your kn55 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.
• The minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each payment method are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard and may be amended from time to time.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to available balance and completed identity verification.
• kn55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may include requests for source-of-funds documentation. Processing of the withdrawal will be held until such checks are satisfactorily completed.
• kn55 does not charge fees on standard PKR withdrawals to JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfer fees, where applicable, will be displayed prior to confirmation.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside of standard processing windows may experience delays. kn55 will communicate any such delays to the affected player via their registered contact method.
• Balances held in inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly administrative fee as set out in the dormant account policy, details of which are available from kn55 support.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on kn55 are subject to the following general betting rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform:

• A bet is only considered accepted and binding once kn55 has confirmed it with a unique bet reference number. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid.
• kn55 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including but not limited to pricing errors, data feed failures, and manifest technical mistakes. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to ongoing market availability. kn55 reserves the right to suspend or close in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• The maximum payout per single bet and per accumulator is subject to limits published in the sportsbook. kn55 is not liable to pay any winnings in excess of the published maximum payout limit.
• kn55 reserves the right to limit the stake size on any market or restrict betting access for any account where irregular betting patterns are identified, including but not limited to evidence of arbitrage activity, use of betting bots, or coordinated account betting.
• Cricket betting markets, including PSL and international fixtures, are governed by the additional cricket betting rules available in the cricket section of the platform. In the event of a match interruption, abandonment, or result revision by the relevant governing body, kn55's cricket-specific void and settlement rules will apply.
• Bets already accepted and confirmed will not be amended or cancelled at the player's request, except at kn55's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Casino & Slot Rules

All casino and slot games available on kn55 are operated by licensed game studios and use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital titles, or live dealers operating from regulated studios for live casino products. The following rules apply to all casino and slot activity:

• Game rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are available within the game interface or from the game provider's published documentation. It is your responsibility to review these before wagering.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, kn55 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return any applicable stake. Any winnings generated from a malfunctioning game round may be withheld pending investigation.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on the platform are indicative and subject to real-time fluctuation. kn55 does not guarantee the accuracy of displayed jackpot values at any specific moment.
• Live casino sessions are subject to studio operating hours and table availability. kn55 is not responsible for the unavailability of specific live tables at any given time.
• Casino game history and results are recorded in your account transaction log. In the event of a dispute, the records held by kn55's server logs shall be the definitive record of game outcomes.

Bonuses & Promotions

kn55 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out below:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only. Any bonus credited to an account that is subsequently found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be forfeited without compensation.
• Each bonus offer will specify the applicable wagering requirement (rollover), which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds and, where stated, to the qualifying deposit.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• kn55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to player accounts will be honoured subject to the terms under which they were issued, unless fraud or abuse is suspected.
• The use of multiple accounts, coordinated account activity, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as potential permanent account closure.
• Certain game types may be excluded from bonus wagering contribution. Specific contribution percentages per game type are published with each relevant promotion.
• Bonus funds will expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account without compensation.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kn55 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different name, address, email address, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point when requested by kn55.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform, including placing bets, navigating the interface, or exploiting promotional offers.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using kn55 promotional funds, or any other systematic exploitation of pricing or odds discrepancies.
• Attempting to launder funds through the kn55 platform or using the platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including in live casino games, for the purpose of obtaining an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or damage any part of the kn55 platform's technical infrastructure, including servers, databases, APIs, or security systems.
• Using the platform in connection with any activity that is unlawful under applicable law, regardless of whether that activity is directly related to gambling.

Responsible Gaming

kn55 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling carries a risk of harm for some individuals and we take our obligations in this regard seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions are in place for all kn55 users:

• Players may set voluntary deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits directly from their account dashboard. These tools are available at all times and take effect immediately upon activation.
• Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, the account remains open but betting, deposit, and casino access is suspended.
• Players who need to exclude themselves from the platform on a longer-term basis may activate self-exclusion from their account settings or by contacting kn55 support via live chat. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, the account is fully closed to all gaming activity.
• kn55 will not send promotional materials to any player who has activated a self-exclusion or who has requested to be removed from marketing communications.
• Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from accessing the kn55 platform. Age verification is enforced at registration and at the point of first withdrawal using CNIC documentation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kn55 shall not be liable to any player for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether arising directly or indirectly.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of service, including downtime caused by technical maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party service provider outages, or circumstances beyond kn55's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from a player's reliance on information or content published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.
• Any unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.
• Any losses arising from the player's breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, kn55's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the kn55 platform are owned by or licenced to kn55. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the prior written consent of kn55.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. This licence terminates immediately upon account closure or breach of these terms.

The kn55 name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are proprietary marks of kn55. Any unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Amendments & Termination

kn55 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment is material, kn55 will provide notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following publication of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

kn55 may suspend or permanently terminate any player's account at its absolute discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any time.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 consecutive months.
• Receipt of a lawful instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an account is terminated for reasons other than player breach or fraud, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kn55 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with kn55 support shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under kn55's gaming licence.

Players are encouraged to raise any complaint or dispute in the first instance by contacting kn55 customer support via the 24/7 live chat available from their account dashboard, or by writing to the support email address published on this platform. kn55 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 10 business days.

For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction that cannot be contractually excluded or limited.
